What the heck is banana sushi?

Most of my fellow pinterest junkies may already know about the adorable and tasty banana sushi recipe. My mother in law (worlds most addicted pinterest user) made this snack for my kids one day and now they are hooked! Technically I think its called "Peanut Butter Banana Sushi". Too long to say for my littles, Levi just calls it "NANA-SMOOCHIE". So. stinkin. cute.
